Lodging:

Guest rooms have been reserved at Westin Resort for AMEN conference participants. The AMEN discount rate is $229/room/night*.

*Discount rates are available until October 12 – PENDING AVAILABILITY. (Although AMEN attempts to reserve enough rooms, it is possible rooms will sell out prior to the cutoff date so we encourage you to book your room as soon as possible.)

*Room rates do not include tax. There is no resort fee this year – it has been waived for AMEN. Complimentary self-parking and basic internet are included.

Airport:

The nearest airport is Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) which is approximately 15 minutes (6.5 miles) from Westin Resort. Alternatively, the Ontario, CA airport (ONT) is approximately 80 minutes from Rancho Mirage and there are numerous airport options in the greater Los Angeles area.

REFUND POLICY: AMEN understands that unexpected conflicts sometimes arise. Therefore, we allow cancellations until September 1, 2026 – but they will incur a $50 cancelation fee.
